My Aunt and I went in last week for an emergency prescription (which took most of the day to get) after her house and everything in it was destroyed by a fire. One of your employees was being obnoxious to young servers just now in sports soccer in the high street. She was complaining about staff in a manner I am sure she wouldn't be prepared to accept herself. Over half priced ankle socks. If you are sad and miserable dont share it with others.
