Don't even deserve one star. As much use as a chocolate teapot. Can't access your own money even with Id disgusting ! Staff unhelpful and don't have any legitimate answers when questioned. Bank elsewhere this branch is a sham

Today a black family walks in and the lady roles her eyes in frustration before going to talk to them, "go and do it online" that is just so unprofessional and disrespectful. Reading other reviews I see it's normal at this branch

Been with this bank all my life but switching now . Angry little manager with blonde hair telling me I need to deposit cash using machines and can’t use counter . Also the odd time u are allowed to use the counter there’s nobody there and waiting for ages while all the staff and manager look on . Shocking customer service
