Called for exchange even though i ha bought item in April still under 1 year also head office said you can take it to any stire firstly she spoke to me very rudley and said we can't confirm and we will make decisions . Seen a woman (called Fiona) be extremely rude and aggressive towards an Asian family while I was here waiting in a queue, but then completely switched up when she was speaking to me.
