Absolutely useless! I told them not to remove me from their records as I am not registered with any other Dr anywhere, and the Australian or Kiwi receptionist went ahead and removed me anyway…?I was also sent a letter to get a smear test done, which when I phoned up to book it, the narky receptionist at the time told... read full comment

Some receptionists are really dedicated for their work. I appreciate their hard work. But some are very poor in providing services and reluctant to do any work. These people need to understand they are getting paid to do the job. Unwell and desperate people are calling everyday to get some help, not to observe their attitude.
