Just received a text saying that for staff training the surgery will be closed on a Thursday between 12.00 and 1.00. It will open again at 2.00. Surely this is wrong. If it doesn't open again till 2.00 it's not closed JUST between 12.00 and 1.00. ????

Wow didn't realise how useless the booking system is. Was on the hold cue for nearly an hour after phoning at 8 on the dot only to be told there is nothing. Added to the fact that there is apparently no other way for routine appointments to be made. It's an absolute joke of a system!

It seems impossible to get an appointment, I have made many attempts. One morning i was in a call queue of 1 hour 25 mins but still never managed to get an appointment. It appears this so called health centre only gives you the option to call in at 08.00 and if there are no appointments well that is just hard luck. I can't... read full comment
