Terrible customer service, rude staff who couldn't care less. This is where I would prefer self service than having to deal with the staff.

good evening...I wanted to inform you that last night at 7 I was at the petrol station in Musselburgh...in 1 Edinburgh Road...the automatic car wash didn't work...the staff didn't refund my money and I'm not I was helped.. not very professional people.. I'm a taxi driver and I go there every day... I'll never go back again...... read full comment

Staff was constantly on their phone during the whole duration of my visit. The coffee machine wasn't topped up, no lids. The toilet was a mess and there was no toilet paper. Felt a bit run down, but it does serve its purpose in terms of refueling.
