The staff within this branch really helped my 14 year old when his account was defrauded , my son turned up worried about his account during his school lunch hour , they gave him full on support and reassurance , especially when he was upset , they called me and kept me thoroughly updated on everything. Staff very unhelpful. Website suggests child savings account must be opened in branch and no mention that an appointment is required for this until you get there. Inconvenient opening hours and poor parking options. A little more kindness from staff wouldn’t hurt.

Everyone working there were so very patient, understanding and helpful. The Advice my sister and I were given was easy to understand and spot on. Melissa who helped us with a sensitive matter was especially good. Thank you so much.
