Every time I go there there is something wrong with the order they can't read and make a simple sandwich they ruined my morning

I was not very impressed with the service with cold food and waiting a long for food. We got there at 12 ish today. The food and service has been a lot better. I normally there about the same time most weeks. I will try again next week about the same time and see if it was just a blimp.
