As you read the reviews it tells u everything . Chemist used to be the best in Motherwell now the bottom it’s the pharmacist fault not the two older ladies and I hope the pharmacist will not be there when it changes ownership.

After travelling quite a distance the pharmacist was out to lunch that’s of course not a problem but the staff member I felt was rude gave me no time when I should return as I’m not from this area I’m thankful there was a boots withstaff that has customer service training and a polite manner
