Came here for a business dinner. I didn't stay in the hotel. The restaurant was nice and staff were pleasant. The starters were all good and enjoyed by everyone and they served a complimentary appetiser too. Founded by the well known hotelier Ken McCulloch in 2006 and named after the equally well known Aircraft, the monolithic hotel stands proudly overlooking the M8 motorway, midway between Glasgow and Edinburgh.
