Closing all local branches. How can they say they care about their customers when, very clearly, they don't. What happens to customers who want to physically pay money into an account. It's not always convenient to transfer from another account, we need to be able to put that money there in the first place. Doesn't help... read full comment

How can it be my money if I can't access it?!

Closed my account with Virginia money and then needed historic bank statements. The last I spoke to was very helpful and managed to get me all the statements I needed.
