Had very important documents that was meant to be signed for recorded delivery and was just dumped at my door...why is this even happening??...Will be putting a complaint in as these where personl medical records left lying at my front door ?????

Two TRACKED parcels delivered two streets away. Postal workers in montrose unable to read ?! Or even to locate addresses. Surely local knowledge and being literate are not requirements of Royal Mail.

With a two hour opening window (8-10) each day you might presume it would open on time. Still waiting at 8.09 and will now miss my train.
