RBS closed all small village branches and consolidated into the bigger town branch. Now this doesn’t open until ten, closes before five and doesn’t open at weekend. So basically impossible to visit if you work standard hours.

Been with them years, nothing is a problem. Milngavie staff are great to deal with.

Staff are very abrupt. Only time they listen is when you are changing accounts or when there is a transaction that is to there advantage. I feel like removing my accounts elsewhere
