Tried to phone to establish opening hours because all branches are not as being shown .Confirmed this was the reason . I do not bank with BoS … automated Wanted an account number ! Staff far to slow tried to sort out family stuff with the bank got stuck with no staff available can you make a appointment meanwhile other customers going in and out fast
