This was a DBB gift from our family. Making our reservation was easy. On arrival we were informed of a room upgrade to a Penthouse suite, it was stunning. Enjoyed some pre dinner drinks in the bar, service was excellent. Dinner was superb although my wife said the meat in her steak pie could have been a little more tender.... read full comment

We had a lovely time in this beautiful hotel. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and our room was beautiful. We had breakfast and dinner and we enjoyed every meal which was served in the Copper Beech restaurant by friendly staff.
