I'm afraid WH Smith stores nowadays are quite depressing. Cold (literally), shelves often in disarray, and this one has a depressingly bare and chaotic "clearance" area. Only two staff in evidence, neither of whom was watching the till area. Clearly most effort is being put into the lucrative airport and station outlets.

WHSmith (Livingston centre) always seems to be low on stock when I go in. I think the store could be a bit better organised. It needs an injection of new ideas to keep customers interested.\\nBut because I like books/stationary shops, I’m giving it 3 stars.
