I went today to Pandora in Livingston centre to pick up an online order and I was very disappointed how the staff treats the clients. There were three member of staff and only two clients in the shop at that time. Sharleen and Lynn were VERY VERY attentive with ONE client and nobody came to us. We were completely ignored...
