Competent, friendly, helpful. Best branch service in Livingston by far.I recently had to complete a change of details with a couple of different banks and nationwide are miles ahead in their customer service and efficiency.

Went in to deposit some money and was quick as a flash straight in to my account instantly. No issues. Just wish all banks were as efficient.
