Took my daughter in for a pharmacist consultation. Rather than see a pharmacist we were screened by someone behind the counter, then handed a cough syrup I could have bought in the store. This is why people skip the pharmacy and go straight to their GP. Absolute waste of time.

Can't contact on phone to renew my husbands prescription phone number unobtainable 0345 to busy call back later then it hangs up very incompetent service
