Very good service from kris, she helped us find the last Renee rapp vinyl for me and my son and was very cheerful and let me son see the colour of the vinyl before buying!

Lovely service from Sheila @ The Livingston HMV Store. I couldn’t find the new Chris Stapleton vinyl. Sheila found one that was in the wrong place - I was so pleased as it was the last.Such a friendly, chatty lady! A short interaction but very pleasant and memorable. A little kindness goes a long way.
