Woeful lack of responsibility and customer service. The air compressor machine took payment but failed to work. The chap at the counter claimed it has nothing to do with them (despite being on their forecourt), suggested I email somewhere, and wouldn't even put an "out of order" sign on the machine, never mind offer me... read full comment
