Remember: Pharmacy counter is normally closed 13:00 to 14:00 (pharmascists need a lunch break too). This means no prescription drop-off or pickup during this time. Has anyone ever had success with actually getting the "IOU" part of their prescription? Does Boots get to keep this money from the NHS?
