Absolutely shocking place to shop. Went to buy a £50 Next Gift card with my Nectar points. Took the points but the transaction wouldn't complete and Kirsty couldn't put the points back on my Nectar card so I had to take Argos Gift card. Not exactly the same !!!! . Has anyone tried to phone an Argos shop, and got a human? We tried, and the answer service keeps saying our operatives are busy at the moment, please try later, then it hangs up on you. They are a nightmare. If you don't have an email address, it's impossible to order by phone, and pay over the phone. They must be losing... read full comment
