Opening times were really bad during lockdown. Starting to improve but needs to go much further. For example, after being closed on Sunday's, only open for colle tons between 08:00 - 10:00 on Monday's.

Everything goes back to the sorting office thats only open a couple of hours a day . Not much use to people that work

Opening times are useless to people who work normal hours.Can't get it redelivered as at work and can't pick it as opening times don't accommodate most working hours.Usless....!!!!
