Bought lovely fashion, Peyton, lace up boots at Christmas for work. One heel become loose from sole. I didn’t have my receipt, didn’t have a bank statement or the email. I just went in to say that the shoe was faulty and I got my money back so very pleased with service. Very helpful and polite. Lovely store to visit.
