The new opening hours for picking up missed deliveries is disgusting. It’s went down the drain. This is going to be the death of Royal Mail. I won’t be using in future for sending. And will select other delivery methods

They are terrible they just dumped my package on the top step of my house no one was in the property at the time my package was stolen still no ware with them £250 down proper scammers

No communication about delivery times/dates. Only open for 2hours first thing in the morning, rearranged delivery but never arrive on the Saturday. I'll not be using them again. Does not surprise me that they are going down the dinky.
