Went to hand in some stuff forgot to get the bag back so went back after taken my daughter and nursery I was told to go home all because I have sore neck I have been crying the staff remember was very unpleasant

Very picky on what they were taking. They got shown what to take and ended up taking other things that weren’t meant to go and we didn’t realise till a few days later they were gone. Went round the house asking if this was to go and so on. All over a bad experience and don’t recommend
