Trying to put money in is harder than getting a good interest rate. Loads of staff doing very little. Just use the machine to put money in. Insted of standing watching me why don’t you take a desk and put it in. Machine then only takes so many notes in one go. The notes then jam the machine and it needs open. Do you...

Recently I left my bank card in hole in wall at Mitchell bank of Scotland. Next day I went to ask what to do when this happens. Been a customer for 25 yrs + so assumed they would know me well . NOP I was a stranger to the staff.
