Utter chaos with the pay at pump system this morning. Card payment machine malfunctioning and no member of staff available to reset or fix the problem. Self-service pumps and payment booth being closed only makes the problem worse, causing delays and queues on both channels. If this means I have to fill up elsewhere, then... read full comment
