A good experience with Kirsty at Elegant who gave great advice from choosing through delivery and fitting! Installation in one day went seamlessly with Brian McCann and his team! The fire is performing well and so far we are so pleased with our purchase and therefore highly recommend Elegant Fires Kincardine!

This is the 2nd stove we have had installed and as with the 1st one we are completely satisfied with the installation. Kirsty kept us up to date with fitting dates etc and Brian the fitter did a great job leaving absolutely no mess behind. We would not hesitate to recommend Kirsty and her fitters.
