Went in to pay in a fairly substantial amount of money to Santander in Kilmarnock and the tall slim guy first of all asked us if we had masks! No thought given that we might be exempt!! Then asked my mum where she got the money from!!? What an insulting and inappropriate question! I am sure we were not legally obliged to...

Never had any problems since moving from RBS due to extremely poor customer care. The switch from one to the other went without a problem and the staff at Kilmarnock are extremely helpful at all times.
