Had a dreadful bacon roll in M and S cafe today 9th Jan. Dry bacon and stale roll. Plus cup of coffee - just shy of £8. Very poor value.

Collected the turkey order on the morning of the 22nd. Every other year has been flawless, the staff have been obviously busy but extremely pleasant. This Marks & Spencer shop is trying, …. It’s not the biggest, it’s not the best but it saves you going into the larger mega stores. Plus … Marks & Spencer does have an extensive website where you can either get your ( stuff ) delivered to your home or to the store.
