Staff member was rude over the phone, and had no interest in working on a small repair. Was told I wouldn't be able to be booked in until the following week while next-day appointments were available online. Rather than try to book me in they said 'thank you, bye'

I used Halfords Autocentre Kilmarnock for the first time, as there were some major issues with my car. The staff were very professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. I can't thank them enough and they will certainly be my first choice from now on.

Great service from the garage once again. Booked my service and mot for when I wanted it and car was returned on time. Prices were very competitive as well. Also advice given was well received as I did not need to spend money for something not really required
