My car radio wasn't working and the indicator wasn't making that clicking noise. Went into the kilmarnock branch where the staff had a look through the car book and came out to have a look at the fuse box, withing minutes my radio was working and indicators clicking. 5 star service!

Staff were all very helpful. Bought my new car battery straight away & only had to wait 20 minutes to have it checked & further 20 minutes to have fitted. Saved £5 by joining Halfords motor club & my car was back on the road within an hour. Top class service. I will definitely return to this shop. One very happy motorist.

Staff weren't very helpful asked about a package offer being cheaper than buying individually and they didn't seem very interested also advised £70 fitting service when it is currently reduced to £50 went to another halfords and service was much better got better dash cam for same price and fitting booked for £50
