“I generally pop into the Kilmarnock ASDA on a daily basis for bits and bobs and always find the staff so friendly and helpful. Today, I had a problem with the ASDA rewards app and the customer desk were able to resolve it very quickly and also gave me a quick run through on how it all works. Great team in the Kilmarnock store.”

“Don't recall person's name,believe she is manager. Was incredibly helpful resolving complicated account, I live in USA and local contact...stepmother...recently passed. Due to covid account access expired. She went over and above effort to resolve problems within the limits of my vacation. My only negative....she needs to stop smoking! We need lovely people like her to be around when banking is losing the personal touch!”

“I'm amazed at some of the previous reviews which criticised the cafe so severely! We found it fantastic - full cooked breakfasts for only £2 and quite delicious! It was a clean and pleasant cafe too and the staff were very helpful and nice. The rest of the store is great as well with good quality clothing - again, such low prices it's really astonishing! The grocery and household departments are also excellent; I have nothing but praise for this store where we've now been several times!”

“Stayed here for four nights on a Shearing coach tour. Was worried that it would be a dodgy hotel chosen because it was cheap. However it was a cracking hotel. We arrived late due to traffic , after dumping our bags we went to a nice room reserved for our party. The evening meal had good choices and the three course meal was excellent. What made our stay so good was the lovely staff , without exception they were happy, helpful and kind. Our room was lovely and clean, spacious . The only thing that I would have liked was a small fridge. The buffet breakfast was very good , something for all. The morning staff were as excellent as the evening shift. All in all I would recommend the hotel.”
