I usually don't write these but here it is.Complete lack of transparency when buying monthly lenses!!The shopping assistants did not tell me that I needed to buy 3 months of lenses in advance even thought they are monthly lenses. I called first sight opticians on 2/9 with some strange eye symptoms. I was triaged over the phone and had a call back within ten minutes to go in for tests.
