Never Open. Royal Mail always seem to deliver my parcels back here rather than leaving them with my neighbour or a safe place. Very inconvenient to find the right time to pick up parcels especially when they shut so early and I'm not home from work on time ?

Lazy relief postie never checks access properly always getting late mail with a note saying access blocked by pallet - yes its a gate made of a recycled pallet a little effort of opening the gate or climbing the steps would help. Regular postie is amazing
