EDITED REVIEW: I complained to Eurocell over a minor issue and amazed by the way they responded to my complaint. Less than 24 hours after sending an email to Eurocell I received a phone call from the area manager. I genuinely felt he wanted to rectify the issue and went above and beyond to do so. My faith is now restored!
