Once again the service I received from Nicole in you Irvine branch was exemplary. I had to return a pair of shoes on Saturday and she made the experience so easy with her helpfulness and lovely personality. I got an exchange for the shoes plus bought another pair. Staff like Nicole are an invaluable asset to your company.
