Cafe prices don't match menu. Ended up overcharged for an already pricey meal. Very disappointing.

I took a ring in to be re-sized. It was completed ahead of time and the end result is beautiful. It looks brand new rather than the 140+ years it has been in existence.

Customer service was terrible. Walked in and staff just stood and stared at me. I walked around the shop and still no-one spoke to me. Wanted to buy earrings I saw in the window. The 2 stars are for the cafe, always had a good experience and food is good too.
