Phoned to ask if they had a local delivery service. Gave detail of what was needed and why. Was told items would be put through via Pharmacists First so didn't have to pay. Only 1 or 2 of the staff who work there - from the times I have been there - are friendly on a consistent basis, one of them tends to look at me briefly without a smile and then immediately looks away, and another one sometimes comes across in an abrupt, serious way that can seem quite rude e.g. when she's suddenly asked... read full comment
