Very poor service. Timpson selected the wrong type of key to cut, so was never going to fit the lock. Patently the wrong base key chosen, as the groove is on one side on the original, on the other side on the one that was selected by Timpons staff. Had to wait 10 days for keyfob replacement, was advised that a call would be made as soon the keyfob arrived at store , no such call was received.
