The woman who initially served me on the 25th of January 2024 has absolutely no idea how to speak to customers. After trying to use the "pay at pump", I was told I couldn't as they do not except the Bank of Scotland debit cards! Turns out the pump just needed resetting! Imagine a business as large as Tesco not being able...

Often more expensive than Asda, they block off some of the pumps at night leading to unnecessary queues, seems to be policy for some reason.
