Went in last night to take advantage of the paypoint facility to put money on my electric key and buy a few bits. The assistant at the checkout tried it once without success and immediately handed it back. I asked her to try it again as it could be temperamental. Rude and unhelpful, made to feel like I had done something wrong by taking my yodel parcels.

The scotmid thats staff can't even say hello, used this scotmind a few times now and not once even had a good morning let alone a hello. And not sure who does the stocktaking but get some water and fill the drinks fridge
