Terrible experience. After looking online and seeing they had extended sizing I went in store to see things in person. Had a wonderful experience today. Been having difficulty trying to send back post due to royal mail strike. Came into store to be told it wasn't possible, but instead of leaving it like that, the lady then showed me another way to send back on her phone and even where to go and how to use it.
