The cafe manager yelled at floor staff whenever they went to ask her a question in the kitchen when I was in at 12 today amid food delays. Floor workers looked visibly distressed. Abusive manager.

I will say I don’t appreciate the milk being served in single use plastic containers and some of the mugs weee a wee bit dirty but a clean one was found and the fly cup and ombré chocolate cherry cake was delicious and not dry
