No soup at all on Friday, 10th November, sandwich shelves needed refilling. Staff seemed under pressure, water all over the serving counter where you got the drinks, had to wipe down the tray and table as a result. Tables cleared but not wipe down. It was fairly busy… ordered 2 x eggs Benedict, a flat white and a chai latte… the chai was luke warm, so went back and asked for a warmer one… the eggs Benedict arrived… looked fabulous but the eggs were just warm and the muffins had a stale taste to them… couldn’t finish them was very disappointing…

Felt terribly sorry for the blonde girl on the till by herself when I came in last week. With a massive queue of people waiting to order and pay for their food and hot beverages.
