Absolutely first class service! My new Tag Heuer required the bracelet to be adjusted to fit my wrist and as soon as we walked into the shop both the Manager and Assistant Manager could not have been more helpful.Within 10 minutes, the manager returned with the watch adjusted to fit perfectly.In addition, the Assistant...

The staff were nice. The manager, Helen I believe went way above and beyond sorting out an issue I had with a watch bought from another store. She spent ages for me and got it sorted. Thank you Helen and co. Apologies if I have your name wrong.
