Rude, dark haired, middle aged, eastern European woman "served" me. Laughing loudly with young male staff from across store as she made her way to the till. Don't buy a Costa coffee ,got a black coffee hardly any coffee in it,tasted like a cup of luke warm water,plus the lids were all split,told the assistant, not interested, £2.85,
