Very very rude shocking service. I've been there before 6pm. Asked for a Blueberry Bubble FRAPPE for my son (I had it in another costa and it was lovely) but been given Blueberry Burst Bubble TEA instead. People make mistakes I understand that (I eventually took bubble tea just to get home quicker) but it's how they treat... read full comment

This is one of our local Costa coffee shops. We visit this one on almost every occasion we shop in Tesco which is a lot. Can get pretty busy but the service is pretty good and always friendly. The food and variety of drinks is as good as Costa gets. We love the soft seats and the people watching area on the high balcony.
